We’re very happy that you’re going to participate in our booty & legs workout guide. We want to make your booty & legs workouts as effective as possible with our help. This is the ultimate guide were we focus on the legs and in special on the booty!
This guide is made for beginners as well as for advanced who have more experience. When you have completed the 6 weeks you can follow this guide over and over again. We especially hope that after the first 6 weeks you’ll have more knowledge about all the different exercises and you can apply them in your own workout routine. Hopefully we can help you a little closer to your fitness goals!
We recommend to use our resistance bands to create extra resistance during the exercises. You can use them in 90% of the exercises in the workout guide. It's absolutely not a MUST to use them, but to achieve faster progress, we advise you to use them.
